Home repairs and improvement Guarantee

All the work we provide is guaranteed with the estimate you receive as we offer 30 days labor limited warranty, and the materials include if available the original manufacture limited warranty for the parts we install in your home.

If you supply the part of parts and our handyman installs them, we will warranty our labor only for 30 days with our limited labor warranty.

Limitation of Liability: After the 30 days from the date of completion of the work and under NO circumstances will the company, MLB Services, be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages, including without limitation damage to plumbing (including water damage from frozen pipes), septic system, driveway, water leaks, flooring, masonry, furniture, moldings, appliances, siding, paint, electrical, gas, drywall, roofs, framing, finished surfaces, unfinished surfaces, lawn and/or landscaping.
